Job Summary
As a Data Specialist at the Federal Company for Radioactive Waste Disposal (BGE), you will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's digital transformation. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining and evolving an in-house digitization and decision-making platform based on Django, as well as architecting new data-driven systems. You will lead the development of intelligent assistance systems, including AI-driven copilots, chatbots, and agent-based architectures. A key aspect of this role is bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical system architectures, ensuring seamless integration into corporate workflows. You will work on interdisciplinary projects related to nuclear waste repository site selection, requiring a high level of innovation and the ability to master complex, unfamiliar domains. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply modern AI technologies, including LLMs, in a mission-critical public sector environment, supported by a structured, collaborative, and socially responsible organizational culture.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related fields; PhD is considered an asset.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on UI/UX
- Practical experience in the integration of LLMs into productive systems
- Proven experience in developing technical solutions and system architectures from business requirements
- Demonstrated project portfolio in software development
