Job Summary

As a Technical Consultant for E-File systems, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of public administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the technical support and advancement of the E-File platform, with a specific focus on client-side applications and functionalities. You will bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical implementation, analyzing complex issues across the client, API, and backend layers. You will perform second-level support, resolve technical defects, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and evolution of the system. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in software development and system integration, an analytical mindset, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT Specialist with relevant professional experience)

Experience

  • Professional experience in software development or system integration
  • Experience in requirement analysis and conceptual design
  • Experience in system and error analysis, particularly in client-server environments
  • Experience in interface development
