Job Summary

As an Electrical Construction Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing construction site setups, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and conducting project handovers. You will also be responsible for preparing HSE documentation and supporting maintenance activities for our storage solutions. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering. Ideally supplemented by further training as a Master Craftsman or State-Certified Technician.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in construction site management with a focus on plant engineering.
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person for switching operations.
  • Proven track record in coordinating subcontractors and ensuring project quality standards.
  • Experience in creating risk assessments and project-related HSE documentation.
