Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician. Additional qualifications as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or an electrical engineering degree are highly desirable.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician.
  • Professional experience in construction site management, specifically within plant or industrial engineering.
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching.
  • Professional experience in a leadership or technical oversight capacity is preferred, particularly for candidates with Meister/Technician certifications or an engineering degree.
