Job Summary

As a Service Technician for Security Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of people and businesses by installing, programming, and maintaining advanced security infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the installation and commissioning of intrusion detection systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), video surveillance, and access control systems. You will also be responsible for conducting inspections according to DIN VDE and EN 54 standards, performing troubleshooting, and providing technical documentation. This role requires strong communication skills as you will act as the primary contact for customers, conducting system briefings and training. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information technology, or telecommunications technology (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology or Information Electronics Technician).

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT systems engineering.
  • Practical experience in the assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in at least one core area: intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, video surveillance, or access control.
