You will manage development projects from the laboratory phase through to industrial implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, technical customer service, and sales. A major focus of this position is supporting the SALCOS® (Salzgitter Low CO2 Steelmaking) project, contributing to the transformation toward hydrogen-based metallurgy. You will be responsible for analyzing the relationship between process parameters and material properties to optimize performance.
