Job Summary

This role involves working as a key researcher within the Salzgitter Group, focusing on the development of new steel materials and process technologies. You will manage development projects from the laboratory phase through to industrial implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, technical customer service, and sales. A major focus of this position is supporting the SALCOS® (Salzgitter Low CO2 Steelmaking) project, contributing to the transformation toward hydrogen-based metallurgy. You will be responsible for analyzing the relationship between process parameters and material properties to optimize performance. Required Skills

Education
