Job Summary
As a Team Lead Electrical Specialist (VEFK) in Hannover, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our energy supply and building services. You will provide both professional and disciplinary leadership to a two-person team, acting as the designated responsible electrical expert (VEFK). Your daily responsibilities include managing energy and building technology systems, performing and authorizing switching operations in medium and low voltage networks (30 kV / 6 kV), and overseeing project planning for new energy installations. You will also be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations like DGUV V3 and DIN VDE 0105, while coordinating external service providers. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician plus further qualification as a Master Electrician or Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in an industrial or production environment
- Experience with medium voltage switching (1–35 kV)
- Leadership experience in a professional or disciplinary capacity
