Job Summary
As a Construction Materials Tester in our concrete laboratory, you will play a vital role in the development of innovative concrete admixtures and surface protection products. Your daily responsibilities include conducting mortar and concrete tests, preparing and executing material assessments on fresh and hardened concrete, and documenting and interpreting results. You will support internal production control and certification processes while collaborating closely with the R&D, application engineering, and field service teams. This role offers the chance to participate in factory trials with customers and partners in a modern laboratory setting. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in materials testing who is eager to contribute to product innovation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Construction Materials Tester, Materials Tester, Process Mechanic, or a comparable technical/scientific qualification. An advanced concrete technology certification (E-Schein) is considered an advantage.
Experience
- Professional experience in a construction or concrete laboratory is desirable
- Practical experience in testing concrete and raw materials according to relevant standards
- Technical background in materials science or process engineering
