As a Technical Coordinator at Ostmann Intratuin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational reliability and efficiency of technical systems across seven garden center locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, overseeing statutory inspections, coordinating external contractors, and supervising technical projects and renovations. You will be responsible for maintaining centralized documentation, managing budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities, and advising management on technical matters. This role requires a structured, independent worker who can balance technical oversight with commercial awareness.
