As an IT Support Specialist at peoplefone, you will serve as the primary point of contact for business clients and IT partners, handling technical inquiries and troubleshooting via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving issues related to VoIP, network infrastructure, and Session Border Controllers (SBC), as well as configuring systems like 3CX and Microsoft Teams Phone. You will manage both 1st and 2nd level support cases while collaborating with internal teams to refine products and processes. Ideal candidates possess strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls) and a service-oriented mindset.
