Job Summary
As a Laboratory Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the daily workflows of a modern dental laboratory in Berlin. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing end-to-end laboratory operations—from incoming goods to final output—while identifying bottlenecks and implementing digital solutions to streamline processes. You will collaborate closely with BI and technical teams to automate workflows, develop dashboards, and monitor KPIs to ensure high-quality service and SLA compliance. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and operational expertise, serving as a vital interface between the lab, customer service, and management. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical, scientific, or business-related vocational training with a focus on laboratory or production environments.
Experience
