As a Technical Support Specialist in the medical technology sector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality of critical respiratory and cardiac equipment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on medical devices, preparing cost estimates for service work, and managing technical documentation within the TopM ERP system. You will also serve as a key point of contact for technical troubleshooting via telephone and conduct patient device briefings as well as staff training sessions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys a mix of hands-on repair work and customer-facing support.
