Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Medium Voltage Transformer Station Construction at the Freitag Group in Bayreuth, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects. Your daily responsibilities include managing the connection of power generation plants to the distribution grid, coordinating transformer station installations, and implementing remote control and protection technology. You will handle comprehensive project management tasks, ranging from initial quotation and budget control to final client acceptance and project sign-off. Additionally, you will be responsible for contract negotiations and the continuous optimization of operational workflows. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, or Master/Technician in Electrical Engineering, or a B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including budget control and client communication
  • Technical background in electrical engineering, specifically in building and energy technology
