Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the physical infrastructure of a data center in Hanover. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, cabling, and configuration of 19-inch rack systems and associated routing infrastructure. Beyond physical hardware tasks, you will be responsible for documenting technical activities, managing IT assets, and providing 'Smart Hands' support. You will also actively participate in incident and change management processes to ensure system stability.
