Job Summary
As an IT System Engineer at Teamware, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include managing Linux-based systems (Ubuntu/Debian), overseeing web server operations (Apache/Nginx), and ensuring security through firewall management and certificate handling. You will also be responsible for the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online and Entra ID. Beyond infrastructure, you will provide expert 2nd and 3rd-level support to users and maintain thorough system documentation. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies like Kubernetes and gain deep insights into data center operations. Education
Completed IT vocational training (or equivalent professional qualification)
Experience
- 3-4 years of professional experience in IT system administration or support
- Professional experience in Linux administration and command-line operations
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd-level IT support
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environment administration
- Experience with web server and network security management
