Job Summary
As an Executive Assistant at one of Germany's largest radio-oncology centers, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the clinic's directorate. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings and conferences, handling travel arrangements, and serving as the primary liaison between the clinic leadership, medical staff, and external partners. You will also provide essential support in administrative and personnel-related processes. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, clinical environment. You will work closely with the Medical Director, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled with discretion and efficiency. This is a 80% part-time position, initially limited to a two-year contract.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial field (kaufmännische Ausbildung).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in office management or executive-level assistance
- Prior experience within the healthcare sector is considered an ideal qualification
