Job Summary
The Amtsgericht Leipzig is seeking a full-time or part-time IT User Support Specialist to join their IT department. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the digitalization of the Saxon judiciary, actively shaping a modern justice system. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting and partially administering justice and authority-specific application systems, managing hardware and software, and assisting with general IT issues. You will work with various systems like CMS, cloud solutions (SiDAS), speech recognition (Dragon Legal Anywhere), video conferencing, and MS Office programs, as well as e-file systems. This position involves troubleshooting, preparing IT procurement requests, generating statistical evaluations, and providing user support, including account management, workstation introductions, training, and advice. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or application development, strong MS Office and Windows OS knowledge, and a high degree of responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork. Education
Vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Specialist for Application Development, or as a Data Processing Specialist
Experience
- Professional experience in IT user support
