Job Summary
In this role, you will act as a key member of the WBS IT-Service team in Leipzig, ensuring the smooth operation of client IT infrastructures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client workstations, peripherals, and network systems. You will provide essential 1st and 2nd-level support, resolving hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site, while maintaining precise documentation within the ticketing system. A core part of your role involves managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes and ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for guiding and training users on new technologies. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training in an IT-related field or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT service, IT support, or as an IT service technician
- Experience in 1st and 2nd-level support
- Experience in the service provider or system house environment is considered an advantage
- Experience with installation, maintenance, and service tasks according to manufacturer specifications
