Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Administrative Informatics, OR a completed IT-related vocational training (e.g., IT Systems Management Clerk, Digitalization Management Clerk, or System Integration Specialist) with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT service management, specifically with incident, change, or request management systems.
- Practical experience in IT support, service desk operations, or IT infrastructure management.
- Desirable experience in coordinating IT rollouts or managing IT projects.
