As a Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing sophisticated technical systems for clients within the automotive industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair work, conducting independent fault diagnostics, and implementing technical upgrades directly at customer sites. You will also serve as a key point of contact for technical support, providing troubleshooting assistance via phone and delivering on-site training to operators. A significant part of this role involves collaborating closely with the helpdesk and development departments to drive continuous product improvements. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive mechatronics, or industrial mechanics; additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman is preferred.

  • Experience in maintenance and repair of complex technical systems
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or field service roles
