Job Summary
As an IT System Administrator or Systems Technician, you will join a 15-person IT team supporting approximately 2,300 users across a clinical environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and handling the procurement, installation, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals. You will also be responsible for user account management and ensuring compliance with IT policies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong service orientation and analytical mindset who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical problems. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment supporting critical hospital infrastructure, including Windows clients and virtualized server environments. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training (Ausbildung) as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or IT Systems Technician (IT-Systemelektroniker).
Experience
- Professional qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Technician
- Practical experience in IT support or IT helpdesk preferred
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and MS Office applications
