Job Summary

As a Trainer in Pharmaceutical Production, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production teams are highly qualified and operate in full compliance with GMP standards. Your daily responsibilities include conducting a variety of training sessions, ranging from classroom and mock-up environments to virtual reality (VR) and on-the-job training. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these sessions, including preparation, execution, and GMP-compliant documentation. A key part of your role involves coaching other trainers and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and develop innovative training content. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about education within a high-stakes pharmaceutical environment and wants to contribute to the safe production of life-saving cancer therapies. You will work in a structured, quality-focused setting where your ability to communicate complex processes effectively will directly impact our production standards.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical or scientific vocational training or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a GMP- and GDP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in aseptic processing and the operation of production equipment is considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in conducting employee training and performance reviews is highly desirable.
