Job Summary

As a Trainer in Pharmaceutical Production, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production teams are highly qualified and operate in full compliance with GMP standards. Your daily responsibilities include conducting a variety of training sessions, ranging from classroom and mock-up environments to virtual reality (VR) and on-the-job training. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these sessions, including preparation, execution, and GMP-compliant documentation. A key part of your role involves coaching other trainers and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and develop innovative training content.
