Job Summary
As the Head of Test Field, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development and operational management of the testing department. Your primary responsibilities include leading and developing a team of five employees, ensuring the efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance of all testing processes. You will oversee technical approvals, analyze diagnostic measurement results such as partial discharge and DGA, and drive the implementation of ISO 17025-oriented structures. You will act as a key interface between production, quality assurance, and engineering, contributing your expertise directly to daily operations and technical development projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a background in electrical engineering, possessing strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or advanced training as an Electrical Master (Meister Elektrotechnik). Certification as a Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) is considered a plus.
