Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Media Technology Technician to join our team at our headquarters in Königswinter. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of professional AV and lighting systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include project preparation, mounting equipment, wiring control cabinets, performing measurements and tests, and providing technical support and consultation to our clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality installations in conference and media environments. You will be part of a collaborative team that values professional growth and offers a structured onboarding process. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in electronics and the ability to work independently on-site, including occasional travel for project installations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Information and Telecommunications Technology, Information Electronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or equivalent electrical trade qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the fixed installation of media technology
- Professional experience in electronics, information technology, or telecommunications
- Experience in project realization and execution coordination

- Valid driver's license (Class B) is required. Must be willing to travel for occasional week-long assembly projects involving overnight stays.
