As a Site Manager at FISCHER Weilheim, you will take full responsibility for civil engineering and earthworks projects from initial order receipt through to the completion of the warranty period. Your day-to-day work involves coordinating on-site personnel and equipment, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and authorities, while collaborating closely with project commercial teams. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on civil engineering/earthworks.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering, special civil engineering, or earthworks.
  • Proven experience in construction project management.
  • Practical experience in construction law and claims management.
  • Experience in the processing and recycling of excavated material.
