Job Summary

This role involves working as an expert inspector at TÜV SÜD, focusing on the technical assessment and testing of electrical systems in industrial and public facilities. You will be responsible for evaluating fire alarm systems, emergency power supplies, and fixed electrical installations to ensure they meet building regulations and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting on-site inspections, preparing professional expert reports, and performing damage investigations. A key highlight of this position is the comprehensive training program provided for candidates who do not yet hold official building authority recognition as a certified expert, offering a clear path for professional advancement. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field. A completed vocational apprenticeship as an Electrical Technician is considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the planning, construction, maintenance, or operation of electrical systems
  • Practical experience in electrical engineering environments
  • Experience with technical regulations and building code compliance is highly desirable
