As an Application Manager for Clinical Information Systems, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of a major healthcare facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing, supporting, and conceptually developing clinical software applications that serve 40,000 inpatient and 100,000 outpatient cases annually. You will act as the primary bridge between clinical staff and IT, gathering requirements, coordinating project implementations, and providing 2nd-level support. Furthermore, you will oversee master data management, system releases, and change management processes. This role is ideal for an IT professional eager to drive digitalization in a high-stakes medical environment. You will work in a collaborative team, contribute to the evolution of hospital IT infrastructure, and participate in an on-call rotation after a comprehensive onboarding period. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the organization and implementation of IT projects.
- Experience in clinical IT environments or medical data standards is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage system lifecycles and application support.

- Must be willing to participate in on-call IT rotation after onboarding. Knowledge of ITIL 4 and ISO 27001 is highly desirable. Must be authorized to work in Germany.
