As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of an ISO 9001 certified company specializing in advanced photolithography masks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing internal corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, handling supplier complaints, and overseeing 8D reports. You will analyze manufacturing disruptions, drive continuous improvement projects, maintain documentation systems, and conduct internal audits. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions while acting as a consultant to motivate staff regarding quality management processes.
