Job Summary
As the Managing Director for the Municipality of Pleiskirchen, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team alongside the honorary mayor. This role involves the comprehensive organizational leadership and management of the municipal administration. You will be responsible for strategic and operational planning, managing municipal committees, and driving the development of administrative processes, including digital transformation and quality management. You will act as the primary point of contact for the mayor, council members, staff, and citizens, overseeing personnel management, task planning, and land-related matters. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt BL 2) or status as a civil servant of the 3rd Qualification Level (3. Qualifikationsebene).
Experience
- Professional experience in municipal administration or a comparable public sector management role
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing administrative teams and processes
- Experience in strategic and operational planning within a public authority context
