In this role, you will serve as a key Business Analyst dedicated to the life insurance sector, specifically focusing on the digital transformation and development of existing portfolio and subsidy systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring legislative developments—particularly regarding 'Riester' pension schemes—and translating complex business requirements into clear IT specifications. You will coordinate the design of applications and interfaces, maintain comprehensive user documentation, and lead internal training initiatives. Working within a collaborative team, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently through your structured and analytical approach. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable vocational qualification.

- Professional experience in the life insurance industry
