Job Summary

As a Cyber Security Engineer at Zoiss Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping information security processes across diverse engineering projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities, implementing protective measures, and managing cybersecurity incidents in collaboration with hardware and software development teams. You will contribute to the design of secure system architectures, develop incident response plans, and conduct regular security audits. A core focus of this position is the implementation and continuous improvement of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001. You will act as a key advisor to project teams, ensuring that security requirements are effectively integrated and verified throughout the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about maintaining high security standards in complex technical systems.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in information security and cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated experience in network security and encryption technologies
  • Experience with security standards such as IEC 62443 and TS 50701 is considered a strong asset
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional hardware and software development teams
