Job Summary
As a Microsoft 365 & Cybersecurity Specialist at the Döpfer Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and evolving the organization's digital infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and development of the Microsoft 365 environment, including tenant management, policies, and user permissions. You will actively contribute to IT security and digitalization projects, ensuring the robustness of endpoint protection, MFA, and email security. Additionally, you will oversee firewall systems, including rule management, NAT, and VPN operations, while performing log analysis for security assessments and troubleshooting. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Microsoft 365 administration and security governance.
- Experience working with Windows-based enterprise architectures and environments.
- Demonstrated experience in IT security, specifically regarding identity, endpoint, and network security.
- Practical experience in digitalization projects, including process automation and improvement.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented IT department.
