Job Summary

As an IT System Administrator at BIKE&CO, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the company's entire IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining and evolving a hybrid environment, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware virtualization. You will manage network security via Sophos firewalls and Aruba switches, oversee backup and recovery processes using Veeam, and utilize RMM tools for system monitoring. Beyond daily operations, you will lead IT modernization projects, support colleagues through 2nd-level technical assistance, and coordinate with external service providers. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys a collaborative, modern environment.
