Job Summary
As a Site Foreman or Junior Construction Manager at Fritzsche, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating specialized civil engineering projects in the Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Neuss region. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting project management throughout all phases, performing independent mass calculations based on technical drawings, verifying subcontractor invoices and daily reports, and conducting site surveys. You will also actively participate in site meetings, ensuring strict adherence to quality and cost standards. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in a relevant construction field.
Experience
- Professional experience in a specialized civil engineering company is preferred
- Experience with surveying systems such as construction lasers and leveling devices is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Proven organizational and communication skills
