Job Summary

As an IT Service Management (ITSM) Process Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the stability and future of IT services within a critical infrastructure environment. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing, improving, and establishing ITSM processes based on ITIL frameworks, such as Problem Management and IT Service Continuity Management. You will lead key service formats like the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and oversee the organizational development of the 'Manager on Duty' system. This role requires a strong focus on governance, compliance, and stakeholder management, ensuring that IT operations align with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with IT security, application management, and external service providers to maintain documentation and provide expert guidance. Required Skills

Education
