Job Summary

As a Lead for Snow Depth Measurement & Baseline Data, you will coordinate a cross-functional team of 3 to 5 people, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and support of advanced snow depth measurement systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing drone flights to capture georelevant baseline data in ski resorts, coordinating terrain model processing, and acting as a primary consultant for ski resort operators. You will balance technical leadership with hands-on field support, ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in surveying or GIS who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys applying cutting-edge technologies like GNSS and modern tachymeters. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or degree in Surveying, GIS, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

  • Professional experience in surveying, GIS, or a relevant technical field
  • Experience in ski resort operations or snow management is considered an advantage
  • Leadership experience in managing small teams is considered an advantage
  • Demonstrated hands-on approach to technical field operations and service
