Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Equipment Engineering at DB InfraGO AG in Cologne, you will serve as the primary point of contact for complex infrastructure modernization projects. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and construction to final acceptance—specifically focusing on railway equipment trades such as overhead lines, 50Hz systems, telecommunications, and signaling technology. You will lead a team of project engineers, manage external contractors and suppliers, handle contract negotiations, and ensure strict adherence to railway operational regulations and documentation standards. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction or infrastructure project management.
  • Several years of proven experience in independently managing complex construction or infrastructure projects across all HOAI service phases.
