As a Railway Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects within the Frankfurt-Mannheim region. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve bridging the gap between office planning and on-site execution. You will monitor construction progress, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders. A significant portion of your time will be spent on-site, overseeing safety, quality, and timelines, while documenting progress via digital construction logs. You will also handle construction billing, change management, and final project documentation, all while ensuring safe operations under active railway conditions. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in the construction, maintenance, or servicing of electrical systems is preferred (e.g., through internships or student work)
- Ability to coordinate complex tasks and communicate effectively with diverse project stakeholders
- Willingness to undergo specialized training to become a certified railway site supervisor

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Mandatory participation in a suitability assessment (Eignungsuntersuchung) as part of the selection process.
