As an IT System Administrator at RhönEnergie Fulda, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities involve the administration, configuration, and continuous development of our Jira and Confluence on-premise systems. You will manage updates, patches, app installations, and user permissions, while ensuring system performance, security, and robust backup/recovery processes. A key aspect of this role is leading the migration of existing on-premise Atlassian systems to future platforms such as SharePoint. You will act as a 2nd and 3rd-level support expert, optimizing workflows and documenting business processes in close collaboration with stakeholders.
