Job Summary
As an AI Manager/AI Lead for the Water & Environment division, you will be responsible for driving the strategic integration of artificial intelligence across engineering projects and internal processes. Your day-to-day work involves developing an overarching AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases, and piloting AI solutions within the fields of hydraulic engineering and environmental services. You will act as a bridge between technical engineering teams and digital innovation, fostering a community of practice and conducting training sessions to upskill staff. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Civil Engineering (ideally with a focus on Hydraulic Engineering/Water Management) or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience in conducting training or building professional communities is highly desirable
