Job Summary

As a Facility Manager, you will play a hands-on role in the comprehensive care and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing minor repairs, maintaining green spaces, lawn mowing, and cleaning stairwells and windows. You will also be responsible for reading utility meters, coordinating waste management services, conducting property inspections to report defects, and assisting external contractors during site visits. Additionally, you will handle winter maintenance duties. This role is ideal for a reliable, service-oriented individual with manual dexterity and a proactive approach to property maintenance.
