Job Summary

As a Construction Manager for Electrical Engineering at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing construction site setups, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and overseeing project handovers. You will also be responsible for HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management, including conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electrical engineering, specifically with medium-voltage systems, and is comfortable with frequent travel across the DACH region. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in construction site management, specifically within plant engineering.
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching.
  • Professional experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing project documentation.
