Job Summary

As a Construction Site Manager for Electrical Engineering at INTILION AG, you will oversee the end-to-end installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing construction site logistics, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, manage project handovers, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, including creating risk assessments. Additionally, you will support service partners with maintenance tasks. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in electrical engineering and construction management who is passionate about renewable energy. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering; Master Electrician (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification is highly desirable.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional experience in construction site management, specifically within plant engineering.
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching operations.
