Job Summary
This role is for a Customer Quality Assurance Manager who thrives on solving complex technical challenges while ensuring excellent customer experiences. The successful candidate will manage and monitor customer complaints from acceptance to resolution, meticulously documenting processes in SAP. They will analyze returns and fault patterns in the lab, creating structured 8D reports. The position involves coordinating the entire complaint process, collaborating closely with EMS partners, factories, and Application Engineers to resolve cases efficiently. Additionally, the manager will provide technical support as a 1st and 2nd level interface for Application Engineers and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes, reporting directly to Quality Management at the headquarters. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on Power Electronics
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in efficient customer complaint processing, ideally using the 8D method
- Practical experience in implementing continuous improvement projects
