Job Summary

As the Head of Planning and Construction, you will lead a multidisciplinary team at the Betriebshof West, overseeing both technical and disciplinary management. Your day-to-day responsibilities include strategic personnel planning, project management according to HOAI standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like BOStrab and DIN norms. You will drive the digitalization of operational facilities, optimize existing processes, and act as the project lead for major construction initiatives. The role requires a strong background in electrical or information engineering and proven leadership experience. You will collaborate on economic planning, represent the company at VDV events, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and IT security.
