As a Power Test System Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing semiconductor reliability. Required Skills

  • Professional experience in the design, characterization, or testing of power semiconductor modules.
  • Knowledge of reliability standards such as AQG324, JC70, or AEC-Q101.
  • Understanding of electric vehicle powertrains and inverter systems.
