Job Summary
As a Power Test System Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing semiconductor reliability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve identifying semiconductor failure modes, developing innovative simulation concepts, and monitoring degradation parameters. You will actively participate in the standardization process according to ECPE/AQG-324 and collaborate with global research groups to implement cutting-edge test methodologies. A key part of your role includes designing and verifying novel test systems and representing the company at international conferences and technical workshops. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in parameter measurement and reliability testing of power semiconductors and materials.
- Professional experience in the practical execution of reliability tests, specifically power cycling.
- Professional experience in the design, characterization, or testing of power semiconductor modules.
- Knowledge of reliability standards such as AQG324, JC70, or AEC-Q101.
- Understanding of electric vehicle powertrains and inverter systems.
