Job Summary
In this role, you will work as a Vocational Trainer within the professional training center at the BFW Leipzig, supporting individuals with psychological impairments in their reintegration into the workforce. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing pedagogical guidance in a commercial-technical environment, specifically focusing on electrical and metalworking disciplines. You will be responsible for planning and developing practical training tasks, motivating participants, and monitoring their individual progress. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the vocational orientation and integration process while maintaining thorough pedagogical documentation of the participants' development. This position is ideal for a skilled technician or master craftsman who is passionate about education, rehabilitation, and social impact. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial-technical field, with a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a commercial-technical field.
- Professional experience in vocational training or pedagogical instruction.
- Experience in working with individuals with psychological impairments is considered a significant asset.
