Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive consultation for business departments on project management, including the conceptualization of individual solutions. The successful candidate will independently gather software requirements to select appropriate IT solutions, develop suitable processes, conduct tests, and implement software applications. A key part of the role is ensuring adherence to internal service management processes, particularly incident and problem management, and monitoring processes for performance, stability, and availability. The position also includes supporting interdisciplinary IT projects and creating and delivering internal training materials.
