Required Skills

Education

Successful completion of the career examination for the second entry level of the second career group (formerly higher non-technical service), or completed training as an administrative clerk with the Second Administrative Examination (formerly Second Employee Examination), or a university degree (FH-Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) with a legal focus.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration or legal-related clerical work.
  • Experience in applying legal standards and current case law within the field of residency law.
  • Experience in managing complex administrative procedures and client communication.
