Job Summary
This role involves working within the International Service Center, focusing on residency and integration matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing applications for residency permits, managing procedures under the Skilled Immigration Act, and drafting statements for naturalization processes. You will provide intensive consultation to clients, attorneys, and employers, while collaborating with authorities like the police and customs. The position requires handling administrative litigation, participating in court hearings, and occasionally supporting deportation measures, including during night hours or weekends. Required Skills
Education
Successful completion of the career examination for the second entry level of the second career group (formerly higher non-technical service), or completed training as an administrative clerk with the Second Administrative Examination (formerly Second Employee Examination), or a university degree (FH-Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) with a legal focus.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or legal-related clerical work.
- Experience in applying legal standards and current case law within the field of residency law.
- Experience in managing complex administrative procedures and client communication.
