Job Summary
As the Head of Human Resources for the City of Bad Harzburg, you will lead a team of eight employees, managing the entire department's operations. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing personnel cost budgeting, strategic workforce planning, and developing initiatives for talent acquisition and retention. You will act as a key advisor on HR-related matters, including reintegration programs, while maintaining collaborative relationships with the staff council and equality representatives. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Administrative Economics, or Administrative Business Management; OR completed training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellter) with a successful completion of the 'Angestelltenlehrgang II' certification.
Experience
- Professional experience in human resources management (desirable)
